【摘要】 目的 :探讨甘草酸二胺治疗慢性乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )的疗效及其抗肝纤维化作用。方法 :12 0例慢性乙肝患者随机分为A、B两组。A组 30例 ,给予门冬氨酸钾镁 2 0ml加能量合剂 ,每日 1次静脉滴注 ,6周后改为门冬氨酸钾镁片口服 ,每日 3次 ,每次 2片 ,共服 1个月。B组 90例 ,给予甘草酸二胺 30 0mg加能量合剂 ,每日 1次静脉滴注 ,6周后改为甘草酸二胺胶囊口服 ,每日 3次 ,每次 2片 ,共服 1个月。结果 :治疗 6周时A、B两组谷丙转氨酶和总胆红素均好转 ,B组较A组好转更显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗 10周时B组血清透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )浓度较治疗前下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而A组无明显下降 (P >0 0 5 ) ,B组与A组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :甘草酸二胺为治疗慢性乙肝的有效药物 ,能降低血清HA、PCⅢ浓度 ,具有抗肝纤维化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and on liver fibrosis.Methods:120 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups:A group(n=30) and B group (n=90).A group was given Potassium Magnesium Aspartate 20 ml+Energy mixture Qd intravenously for 6 weeks and afterwards,Potassium Magnesium Aspartate Tablets 2 Tab Tid orally for 1 month.B group was given Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate 300 mg+ Energy mixture Qd intravenously for 6 weeks and afterwards,Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Capsules 2 Tab Tid orally for 1 month.Results:Serum ALT and TBil were improved in both A and B group and were much improved in group B than that in group A(P< 0 05 ) after 6 weeks treatment;Serum Hyaluronate (HA) and Type Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ)concentration were decreased after 10 weeks treatment in group B(P< 0 05 ),but not in group A(P> 0 05 ),and were much decreased in group B that in group A(P< 0 05 ).Conclusion:Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate was effective in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and decrease serum HA, PCⅢ concentration.So it is a useful anti fibrosis drug.更多还原
