【摘要】 目的 :探讨大黄酸是否对肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)作用下的胰腺细胞具有保护作用。方法 :观察大黄酸对TNFα作用条件下体外培养的大鼠胰腺细胞的细胞活率、培养上清中的乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、淀粉酶 (AMY)和 N-乙酰 - D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)的水平的影响 ,并进行了胰腺细胞形态学观察。结果 :大黄酸可提高相应 TNFα浓度下的胰腺细胞的细胞活率 ,降低培养上清中 L DH、AMY和 NAG的水平。结论 :大黄酸对 TNFα所致胰腺细胞损伤有明显的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study whether Rhein can reduce toxic effects of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα) on pancreatic acinar cells.Methods:The effects of Rhein on survival rate and morphology changes of acinar cells,supernate concentration of amylase,lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and N Acetyl base B D Glucosaminidase(NAG) under the action of TNFα were observed.Results:Rhein could in crease the survival rate of acinar cell and lower the levels of LDH,AMY and NAG in the supernatant fluid.Conclusion:It is demonstrated that Rhein can effectively reduce toxic effects of TNFα on pancreatic acinar cells.更多还原
