【Abstract】 Objective:To research the mechanism of treatment of spleen deficiency and the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang by formula of warm tonification and reinforcing primary qi.Methods:The animal models of spleen deficiency and the deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang were induced by Reserpine and Daihuang.The pharmacal group treated by the formula of warm tonification and reinforcing primary qi.The following indexes were observed:the function of macrophagocyte,the NK activity of splenocyte,lymphocyte incorporation rate stimulated by ConA,erythrocytic immune and the content of IL 2.Results:A significant differentiating was observed between pharmacal group and pathological model group(P< 0.01～0.05 ).Conclusion:Regulating the whole cellular immune function for insufficiency models may be the one of the effect mechanisms of formula of warm tonification and reinforcing primary qi更多还原
