气体雾化工艺参数对Mm(NiCoMnAl)5储氢合金电化学性能的影响
Effects of Processing Parameters of Gas Atomization on Electrochemical Properties of Mm(NiCoMnAl)5 Hydrogen Storage Alloys
【摘要】 分别对雾化过热度、凝固速率、凝固后冷却速率、雾化气氛等工艺参数对Mm(NiCoMnAl) 5储氢合金电化学性能的影响进行了研究。发现采用低的雾化过热度、高的凝固后冷却速率工艺 ,在纯度较高的惰性气氛中制备的 30~ 75 μm储氢合金粉末 ,具有良好的电化学性能。
【Abstract】 Electrochemical charge discharge cycling measurements were made on electrode samples prepared from alloy powders of composition MmNi 3.55 Co 0.75 Mn 0.3 Al 0.4 produced by inert gas atomization with different melt superheat,solidification rate, post solidification cooling rate and atomizing atmosphere. Effects of the above gas atomizing parameters on electrochemical properties of the electrodes, such as discharge capacity, cyclic stability and activation behavior, were studied. It is shown that the alloy powders of 30~75μm in diameter have excellent electrochemical properties when they are prepared under conditions of low melt super heat, high atomizing gas purity and post solidification cooling rate.
