【摘要】 目的 :了解肝硬化、肝硬化并肝癌患者血清TGF -α的变化 ,研究TGF -α检测对肝硬化恶变的诊断价值。方法 :放免法检测肝硬化代偿期 2 2例、肝硬化失代偿期 17例、肝硬化并肝癌 18例的血清TGF -α水平。结果 :血清TGF -α水平在肝硬化代偿期与正常对照组无差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,肝硬化失代偿期者明显高于代偿期者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肝硬化并肝癌者明显高于肝硬化失代偿期者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血清TGF -α测定对诊断肝硬化恶变有帮助更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to investigate the alteration of TGF-α in the serum of the patients with cirrhosis、Liver cancer accompanied with cirrhosis.Methods:Using radioimmunotogical method to test TGF-α in the serum of 22 patients of cirrhosis without ascites、17 patients of cirrhosis with ascites、18 patients of cirrhosis accompanied with primary liver cancer.Results:The contents of TGF-α in the serum did not differ between two groups of cirrhosis with ascites and normal persons (P>0.05).The contants of TGF-α in the serum of patients with cirrhosis and of patients with the latter alone was significantly higher than those of patients cirrhosis with ascites(P<0.05).The contents of TGF-α in the serum of patients with cirrhosis accompanied with liver cancer and of patients with the latter alone was significantly higher than those of patients with cirrhosis with ascites(P<0.01).Conclusions:The determination of the serum TGF-α is a valuable market of malignant change cirrhosis.更多还原
