【摘要】 目的 :提高新生儿破伤风合并败血症的治愈率。方法 :通过近 5年对新生儿破伤风脐部感染的细菌学调查及耐药谱研究 ,尽早在抗破伤风细菌感染的同时 ,联合应用高效、广谱、低毒的抗生素。结果 :以第 3代头孢菌素为首选的经验用药方案 ,对提高治愈率有明显疗效。结论 :新生儿破伤风合并败血症的频率高 ,如果单纯抗破伤风外毒素治疗 ,而忽视经脐部感染的其它细菌所致的败血症治疗时 ,新生儿存活率仍低。因此预先估计到有败血症存在的可能 ,及时用药 ,是治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore and improve the cure rate of tetanus neonatorum combined with other pathogenic septicemia.Methods:To retrospectively research the last five years of bacteriological investigation and drug resistant/drug-sensitivity test on samples from blood and omphalitis who suffered from tetanus neonatorum.Combined application of effective,broad spectrum and low toxic antibiotic in the same times of treating infection of bacillus tetani as early as possible.Results:Using the third generation of cephalothin as poior selection as experimental treatment has shown remarkable effect in increasing the cure rate.Conclusions:There is a high morbility in tetanus neonatarum combind with septicemia causce by other baterial pathogen.The survival rate would be low if one stress simply on treating tatenus neonatorum while overlooking the possibility of other bacterial infection through ambilical cord which may cause septicemia simutaneously.The key to success in treating tetanus neonatorum is one must have the seace to estimate that tetanus neonatorum has the high posibility of complex infection and choose an right treatment scheme on time.更多还原
