参麦对内毒素诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞凋亡的保护作用

【摘要】 目的 :本文观察了参麦对小鼠注射内毒素 (LPS)后腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)凋亡的影响。结果显示 :参麦能抑制LPS诱导的腹腔MΦ凋亡减少 ,使DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳“梯状”带不明显 ,DNA断裂百分率显著降低 ,同时 ,能使MΦ吞噬功能部分恢复。结果提示参麦对LPS诱导的小鼠腹腔MΦ凋亡具有保护作用

【Abstract】 Macrophage as a king of immune cell plays a central role in the immune response to foreign pathogens and Shen-Mai(SM),as a Chinese medical herb,was reported that could be promote immune response.In the paper we investigated whether SM could inhibit the apoptosis of macrophage induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).The results showed that SM decreased DNA fragmentation and apoptotic percentage of macrophage,at the same time,SM also partly inhibited phagocytic ability of macrophage decreased by lipopolysaccharide.Together this,SM could protected the apoptosis of peritoneal macrophage induced by lipopolysaccharide in mice.
