【摘要】 目的　分析脑外科患者脑疝形成过程中的救护失误原因。方法　回顾性分析了 1988- 10～ 2 0 0 1- 0 3收治的12 0例医护人员救护失误导致脑疝形成的病例资料。结果　 12 0例中 ,观察失误 43例 (35 .8% ) ,呼吸道处理失误 2 8例(2 3.3% ) ,救护观念错误 2 5例 (2 0 .8% ) ,用药失误 19例 (15 .8% ) ,其他处置错误 5例 (4 .2 % )。大部分 (90例 ,75 .0 % )救护失误起因于非脑外专科医护人员。结论　脑外科患者脑疝的形成不少与医护人员的救护失误有关 ,尤其是非脑外专科医护人员。急救医护人员的脑外专科救护素质亟待提高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of herniation of brain due to errors of doctors and nurses.Methods 120 cases (October,1988 through March 2001) of herniation of brain due to errors of doctors and nurses has been retrospectively studied.Results Of 120 cases,monitoring of brain was neglected in 43 cases(35.8%),respiratory tube obstruction not promptly removed in 28 cases(23.3%),surgical chances missed due to error ideas of the doctors in 25 cases(20.8%),20%mannitol injection left out or transfused slowly in 19 cases(15.8%),and the ICP not reduced in full for erroneous surgical medthod or bleeding not stopped completely in the operation in 5 cases(4.2%).Most of the errors(90 of 120,72%)were come from non-special doctors and nurses.Conclusions Many of herniation of brain are due to errors of doctors and nurses,especially non-special doctors and nurses.Doctors and nurses should be trained in treatment of neurosurgical diseases.更多还原
