【摘要】 目的　探讨误服米非司酮加米索前列腺醇对宫外孕的影响。方法　回顾性分析本院 30例宫外孕误服抗早孕药的临床表现、妊娠部位、出血量、血清 β- HCG水平、保守治疗成功率、误诊为不全流产率 ,并与对照组比较。结果　误服组血清 β- HCG水平低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,保守治疗成功率高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,误诊为不全流产率高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。而临床表现、妊娠部位、出血量二组间无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　宫外孕误服抗早孕药 ,血清 β- HCG水平低 ,保守治疗成功率高 ,但单用米非司酮治疗宫外孕效果尚难肯定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence of misusing mifepristone and misoprostol on ectopic pregnancy.Methods Thirty cases with ectopic pregnancy by misusing mifepristone and misoprostol treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,among which the clinical manifestation,conception position,internal hemorrhage,serum β-HCG level,success rate of conservative treatment,misdiagnosis as incomplete abortion were analyzed and compared with those of the compare group.Results Serum β-HCG level in the misusing group is lower than that in the compare group (P<0.05).Successrate of conservative treatment in the misusing group is higher than that in the compare group (P<0.05).Misdiagnosis as incomplete abortion in the misusing group is higher than that in the compare group (P<0.05).There is no clear difference between these two groups in the clinical manifestation,conception position,internal hemorrhage (P>0.05).Conclusions These findings suggested that serum β-HCG level is low in the cases with ectopic pregnancy by misusing mifepristone and misoprostol.Success rate of conservative treatment is high.The effectiveness of treating ectopic pregnancy with mifepristone needs only to be confirmed.更多还原
