【摘要】 目的　探讨重型颅脑损伤 (SHI)院前急救失误对患者预后的影响 ,总结 SHI院前急救应注意的事项。方法　回顾性分析 1988- 10～ 2 0 0 1- 0 2 12 6例 SHI患者院前急救资料 ,并结合文献进行讨论。结果　 12 6例 SHI院前急救中 ,98例在 2 0个方面存在救护失误 6 48处 ,每位患者平均 6 .6处。 98例院前处理失误组临床治愈率 (36 .7% )、死亡率 (35 .7% )和 2 8例院前处理无失误组临床治愈率 (71.4% )、死亡率 (17.9% )相比 ,院前处理失误组治愈率低 (P<0 .0 1) ,而死亡率高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,差异显著 ,而轻残率、重残率和植物生存率无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　 SHI院前急救是整个救治中的重要环节 ,处理无失误可提高治愈率 ,降低死亡率。目前我国院前急救处置失误太多 ,亟待进行院前急救培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of first aid errors of severe head injury (SHI) before hospitalzation,and to study the ways of first aid of SHI.Methods 126 cases (October,1988 through February,2001) of the first aid of severe head injury befors hospitalization has been retrospectively studied.Results There were 98 first aid errors in 126 cases.36 cases (36.72%) good recovery and 36 cases (35.7%) died in 94 of first aid error cases;36 cases (36.72%) good recovery and 36 cases (35.7%) died in 94 of first aid error cases;20 cases (71.4%) good recovery and 4 cases (17.9%) died in 28 of first aid no error cases.There are worse outcomes in first aid errors group than in no aid error group(P<0.05)。Conclusion It is very important that the patients of SHI were treated before hospitalization.There are more first aid errors before hospitalization in our country.We suggested that the emergency doctors and nurses should been trained.更多还原
