【摘要】 目的　总结右室双腔心误诊误治教训及原因。方法　回顾 3例右室双腔心患者诊断治疗情况 ,探讨误诊误治原因。结果　 3例中有 2例误将右室中部横隔小孔当作室间隔缺损修补 ,致使 1例死亡 ,另 1例 2次手术。第 3例于术中确诊 ,避免了漏诊漏治。讨论　提高对本病的警惕性 ,熟悉本病的心脏病理解剖特点 ,加强对本病的术中识别是预防右室双腔心误诊误治的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the lessons of misdiagnosing and mistherapy of DCRV and to analyse the reasons.Methods To review Diagnosis and Therapy of 3 Cases with DCRV who were misdiagnos.Results 2 cases of the 3 patients was misdiagnosed the stenosis loop of right ventricle for VSD.Conclusions The key points of preventing misdiagnosing and mistherapy are as follow:Be cautious on this disease;Know well about the anatomy character of the deformation;Intensify the discern of this disease when performing operation.更多还原
