植物细胞Ca2+的微调系统——Ca2+-ATPase
The Fine Tuning System of Intracellular Ca 2+ in Plant——Ca2+-ATPase
【摘要】 本文对植物体细胞Ca2 +_ATPase的类型、亚细胞定位、生化特性、分子量差异、基因克隆、酶活性调节剂以及生理功能等方面的研究进展进行综述和讨论。
【Abstract】 The classes of Ca 2+ _ATPase in plant,its subcellular locations and biochemical characteristics,the features of its structure and function were reviewed in this paper.The discrepancy of molecular weight and genomic clones of the Ca 2+ _ATPase and its activity regulators were discussed in details.
