人星形细胞瘤中单核细胞在血管生成过程中的作用
Study on the Function of Monocyte in Angiogenesis of Human Astrocytoma
【摘要】 目的探讨单核细胞在人星形细胞瘤血管生成 (Angiogenesis)过程中的作用。方法应用硷性纤维母细胞生长因于 (bFGF)的抗体 ,通过免疫组织化学手段 ,在组织学切片上探讨单核细胞和bFGF在人星形细胞瘤血管生成过程中的作用。结果1 .bFGF在血管内皮细胞中的表达强度随血管密度增加而增加 ,并与血管密度之间存在回归直线 ,P<0.01。2 .28 .3 %的切片中单核细胞表达bFGF ,表达bFGF的单核细胞可见于血管内 ,或沿血管壁呈规则排列 ,也可成堆靠近血管壁 ,并使血管呈出芽生长。结论肿瘤内新生的血管内皮细胞可产生bFGF ;单核细胞不但产生bFGF ,而且参与肿瘤内的血管生成 ,它可能是血管内皮细胞的前期细胞
【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the function of monocyte and bFGF in angiogenesis of human astrocytoma.Methods Using the bFGF antibody, immunohistochemistry was done on the histological section of human astrocytoma.Results 1. The vessel endothelial cells (VEC) of the tumor expressed bFGF. There are linear regression between the expression of bFGF in the VEC and the blood vessel density. 2.The positive particles of bFGF were also found in monocytes. 3. The monocytes with positive particles of bFGF could be found in vascular lumina. It arranged just like what leucocytes appeared in the process of inflammation, that is margination, sticking,and participating in the formation of the blood vessel. Conclusions The VEC of the tumor can produce bFGF. The monocytes not only produce bFGF but also play an important role in the angiogenesis of the tumor and it may be the prophase cell of neovascular EC.
