【摘要】 目的　改进腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝方式。　方法　采用单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟疝 40例 ,右2 4例侧 ,左侧 12例 ,双侧 4例 ,单侧疝中 3例有隐性疝。均在腹腔镜下行疝内口缝扎术。　结果　手术时间 10～ 30min ,平均18min。术中和术后均未发生并发症。本组全部随访 4～ 2 6个月无复发。　结论　本法创伤小、恢复快、不需伤口拆线。可同期处理腹股沟隐性疝和双侧腹股沟疝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ojective The improve laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia in children. Methods 40 children aged from 2 to 14 years were treated by single port laparoscopic surgery for inguinal hernia between January 1999 and December 2000. Twenty four children manifested a right inguinal hernia, 12 a left hernia, and four cases a bilateral hernia. All the patients were treated by purse-string suture around the internal ring under laparoscopy. Results The duration of operation were from 10 to 30 minutes. There was no intra-or postsurgical complication. Conclusions The single port laparoscopic surgery is a simple, conveninet, quick and safe and minimal invasive procedure for the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.更多还原
