【摘要】 目的　评价胃肠肿瘤手术后低渗热灌注腹腔化疗对预防腹腔复发的临床疗效。　方法　以 35例胃肠肿瘤术后患者行低渗热灌注顺铂腹腔化疗结合全身化疗为实验组 ,45例行术后辅助化疗为对照组。　结果　实验组与对照组 2年腹腔复发率分别为 14 2 %和 37 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ,2年生存率分别为 77 1%及 5 1 1% (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组之间毒副反应无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。　结论　胃肠肿瘤术后低渗热灌注腹腔化疗可降低腹腔复发率并提高患者生存率 ,是一种高效、安全、简便的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with hypothermal hypotonic liquid perfusion in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods 35 postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors were treated by intraperitoneal chemotheraphy with cisplatin through hypothermal hypotonic luquid perfusion. 45 patients were treated with routed chemotherapy, which served as controls. Results There were significantly lower intraperitoneal relapse rate (14.2%) and remarkably higher 2 year survival rate (77.1%) in patients treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cisplatin through hypothermal hypotonic liquid perfusion as compared with those of controls (37.8% and 51.1%, respectively) ( P <0.05), While no significant difference in side effects was found between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions It is suggested that intraperitoneal chemotherapy through hyperthemal hypotonic liquid perfusion may be helpful in the prevention of the gastrointestinal tumors from relapse and increasing the survival rate of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumors, which can be served as a highly effective, safe, and convenient technique of clinical oncology.更多还原
