【摘要】 通过对成都市小天竺辖区 2 0 4位 80岁以上高龄老人的一般情况、健康及医疗保健情况、家庭规模和应用Smikstein的家庭功能量表 (APGRA)对其家庭功能进行调查得出 :有 2 0 .5 %的高龄老人家庭功能严重障碍 ,有 17.3%的高龄老人家庭功能中度障碍 ,有 6 2 .2 %高龄老人的家庭功能良好。多因素分析表明 :影响高龄老人家庭功能的因素有医疗保健制度、家庭规模和 IADL。享受公费医疗老人的家庭比享受其它医疗制度老人的家庭功能好。家庭规模越大 ,其家庭功能越好。 IADL得分越低的老人 ,其家庭功能越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 We surveyed 204 senile elderly aged 80 and above who lived in Xiao Tianzhu district, Chengdu. The contents included general condition, health and medical insurance, family scale and family function. The family function was assessed with APGRA. The results show that the rate of pooper family function is 20.5%, the rate of poor family function is 17.3% and the rate of good family function is 62.2%. The influential factors of family function are medical insurance system, family scale and IADL. Family function of the senile elderly with free medical service is better than others. Larger family scale, better family function is, and lower IADL, poorer family function is.更多还原
