高CO2浓度对百合某些生理生化物质的影响
EFFECTS OF HIGH CO2 CONCENTRATION ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL PROCESSES IN LILY (LILIUM DAURICUM)
【摘要】 本试验以生产花卉的温棚为设施 ,采用半封闭式 CO2 供气系统 ,研究不同 CO2 浓度对切花百合 (L iliumdauricum)叶片光合速率和某些物质含量及开花期的影响。结果表明 :对于群体 Pn、叶绿素 (a+ b)、叶绿素 a、蔗糖、葡萄糖、氨基酸总量、脯氨酸含量等指标 ,6 0 0μmol· m ol- 1 的 CO2 比对照依次提高 5 4.3%、2 0 %、38%、2 3%、2 2 %、8.9%、 31.2 % ;80 0 μmol· m ol- 1的 CO2 比对照依次提高 2 5 %、 2 0 %、 36 %、 10 .8%、 8.7%、10 .6 %、 17.8% ;10 0 0μmol· mol- 1 的 CO2 比对照依次提高 3.4%、14.0 %、32 %、7.6 %、7.4%、- 0 .5 %、7.1%。其中 6 0 0μm ol·mol- 1 的 CO2 更有利于百合叶片群体 Pn和所测有机物含量的提高 ,也有利于花蕾的形成和生长 ,提前花期 ,提高切花瓶插期间的保鲜效果。
【Abstract】 The effects of varying CO 2 concentration on leaf photosynthetic rate, flowering rate and the abundance of important photosynthetic chemicals were studied in greenhouse lilies grown for the cut flower trade CO 2 was controlled in a semi covered CO 2 supply system The results showed that increasing CO 2 concentration had a significant effect on canopy photosynthetic rate (Pn), and total chlorophyll a (Chla), chlorophyll a+b (Chl a+b), amino acid (Taa), sucrose (Suc), glucose (Glu) and proline (Pro) content This effect was strongest at 600 μmol·mol -1 of CO 2, where Pn, Chl(a+b), Chl a, Suc, Glu, Taa, and Pro increased relative to CK by 54.3%, 20%, 38%, 23%, 22%, 8 9%, and 31 2%, respectively At 800 μmol·mol -1 of CO 2, these values were 25%, 20%, 36%, 10 8%, 8 7%, 10 6% and 17 8%, respectively At 1000 μmol·mol -1 of CO 2, the increments were 3 4%, 14 0%, 32%, 7 6%, 7 4%, -0 5% and 7 1%, respectively The results suggested that 600 μmol·mol -1 of CO 2 was most beneficial for photosynthetic rate and organic content as well as flower bud initiation and development,and could advance florescence and prolong the longevity of cut lily flowers
