【摘要】 目的　应用易善力注射液治疗慢性重型肝炎、慢性肝炎和脂肪肝 ,进一步评价其安全性和疗效。方法　本临床研究为多中心、开放试验 ,入选病人用易善力注射液 5 0 0mg(2支 )加于 5 %～ 10 %的葡萄糖溶液 2 5 0ml中静脉缓滴 ,每日 1次 ,共治疗 3～ 6周。所有病例均在治疗前及用药后 3周或 6周进行常规临床体检及进行血、尿常规、肝功能和肾功能检查 ,并记录临床症状的变化。结果　治疗 3周时 ,按照疗效判定标准 :显效 18.0 % ,有效 6 0 .5 % ,无效 2 1.5 % ,总有效率 (显效加有效 )为 78.5 %。结论　易善力注射液治疗慢性肝病疗效确切且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of EPL in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and fatty liver.Methods This is a multicentral and open study. Patients were given EPL 500mg IV per day to 3～6 wks. Before and after the treatment they must have blood, urine and biochemical analysis and physical examination. Results According to the standardization the significant rate was 18.0%, effective rate 60.5% and non effective rate 21.5%. The rate of significant plus effective was 78.5%.Conclusion EPL is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of chronic liver diseases.更多还原
