【Abstract】 The characteristics of different replication of gel-coating film preparation methods in field non-destructive metallographic inspection of bulk structural parts were studied.The discussion was focused on the operational procedures of gel-filming preparation in field inspection and its guality influcncing factors as well as its image effect in optical metallography.
