【摘要】 探讨了 p2 1WAF1在原发性乳腺癌中的表达及其与bcl 2、EGFR、p53和TGF β1的关系。采用免疫组化S P法检测了 152例乳腺癌组织 p2 1WAF1、bcl 2、EGFR、p53和TGF β1蛋白的表达水平。结果表明 p2 1WAF1表达与EGFR(x2 =5.2 2 1,p <0 .0 5,γ =0 .19)和TGF β1(x2 =4 .354,p <0 .0 5,γ =0 .17)表达呈正相关 ,与bcl 2呈负相关 (x2 =16.4 75,p <0 .0 1,γ =- 0 .33) ,与 p53无相关(x2 =3.114,p >0 .0 5)。由此推断bcl 2、EGFR和TGF β1可能与 p2 1WAF1的正向调控有关更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the p21 WAF1 expression and its relationship with bcl 2, EGFR, p53, TGF β 1 in breast carcinomas. p21 WAF1 , bcl 2, EGFR,p53 and TGF β 1 expression at protein level were determined by S P immunohistochemistry technique in 152 cases of breast cancer. The results showed that the p21 WAF1 expression level was correlated with EGFR (x 2=5.221,p<0.05,γ=0.19) and TGF β 1(x 2=4.354,p<0.05,γ=0.17),and adversely correlated with bcl 2(x 2=16.475,p<0.01,γ= -0.33 ),and negatively correlated with p53(x 2=3.114,p>0.05). Conclusion: The bcl 2, EGFR and TGF β 1 expression in breast cancer are probably related to the positive regulating directions of the p21 WAF1 .更多还原
