【摘要】 目的 建立ｂＦＧＦ的检测方法并检测直肠癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的含量。方法 用纯化的ｂＦＧＦ免疫白兔制得抗血清，再用Ｗｅｓｔｅrｎ ｂｌｏｔ方法检测组织中的ｂＦＧＦ含量。结果 ①癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ的含量显著高于正常组织；②无淋巴转移时癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量与癌旁组织有显著差异，而有淋巴转移时癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量与癌旁组织有差异。结论 直肠癌组织中ｂＦＧＦ含量明显升高且癌旁组织bFGF升高与肿瘤是否有淋巴转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a det ecting method of bFGF and to measure the lev el of bFGF in normal and neoplastic tissues of colorectal cancer patiens.
