【Abstract】 The polymorphic DNA of Fasciola hepatica Fischoederius elongates , and Schistosoma japonicum were detected with RAPD in this assay. After amplification with six primers, three species specific RAPD patterns were found, which could be used as a probe for identification of eggs in feces examination.更多还原
