【摘要】 从沈阳及其周边 9市县区分离培养出 34株鸡大肠埃希氏菌 ,研究其培养、染色形态、生化等特性 ;并用 8种氟哇诺酮类药物完成药敏试验。结果表明 ,不同地区乃至同一地区来源不同的菌株对各种氟喹诺酮类药物的敏感性不同。其中 ,氧氟沙星抗菌效果最佳 ,高度敏感率达 88.9% ,均无耐药 :环丙沙星和洛美沙星较好 ;培氟沙星和双氟沙星欠佳 ,耐药性较强更多还原

【Abstract】 strains of E.Coli were isolated from Shenyang and its perifernal areas.Their sensitivities to 8 kinds of Fluorquinolone were studied with 17 strains of them.The results showed that Ofloxacin possesed the highest bacterostatic or bactericidal efficiency,up to 88.9% of the microorganisms were inhibited or killed, and no any of them showed tolerance to it.The next two were the Ciprofloxacin and Nomexacin, and more than half of these strains showed high tolerance to Pefloxacin and Difloxacin.更多还原
