【Abstract】 Lomefloxacin linimentof transdermal absorbentpreparation were used as a model drug in this experiment.The study of theeffectof differentconcentration of Azone( 0 % ,1 % ,3 % ,5% ,7% ) on transdermal absorption ratio of Lomefloxacin wasperformed on the rats′skin isolated from the ex- perimental rats.The best concentration of Azone in the L omefloxacin liniment was proved to be 4.0 1 % .更多还原
