【摘要】 利用 1对 p UC质粒通用测序引物和 3条合成引物 ,通过步移法完成了肾型 IBV Z株 S1基因全部序列测定。所测序列已被 GENBANK收录 ,收入号为 AF1 4 0 352。该片段全长 1 74 7bp,含有 1个无终止子的阅读框架 ,编码 558个氨基酸。与 IBV-Beaudette株 S1基因序列比较 ,同源性为 77% ,并出现部分碱基的缺失与重组。无 Bam H 、Eco R 酶切位点 ,Pst 位点也未出现 ;氨基酸同源性为 74 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sequence of the S1 gene of nephropathogenic IBV strain Z isolated in China was determined.The sequence have been recieved by GeneBank(accession number AF104035).It is a 1 747 bp in length encoding a protein of 588 amono acids.As compared with the sequences of S1 gene of IBV strain Beaudette,the ratio of homologous gene is about 77%.The composition of amino acid of S1 gene has also changed.The sites of BamHⅠ,EcoRⅠ and PstⅠ are deleted.The amino acid homogenity between them is 74%.更多还原
