【摘要】 根据传染性法氏囊病病毒 ( IBDV) c DNA序列 ,在病毒 VP2区域设计 1对引物 ,应用 RT/PCR-SSCP方法对 4个不同时间及不同地域从传染性法氏囊病 ( IBD)病鸡法氏囊组织中分离的 IBDV分离物进行了分析 ,发现 4个 IBDV分离物的 SSCP图谱均存在明显差异。本试验表明 ,IBDV变异在我国普遍存在 ,SSCP方法可用于 IBDV的变异性分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the published cDNA sequences of infectious bursal disease viruses(IBDV), a pair of primers to variable region of VP2 gene were designed for reverse transcription/polymerase chain reaction single strand conformation polymorphism(RT/PCR SSCP).The SSCP fingerprints of the four isolates of IBDV was different from each other, these isolates were collected from different places in different periods of time. The results indicated the prevalence of the variation of IBDV in China and the feasibility of SSCP for its analysis.更多还原
