【Abstract】 Four alkaloid components of Oxytropis kansunensis were isolated with systematic extraction of the alkaloid.Of which the component C and D are toxic verificated by serum α-mannosidase inhibition test in vitro and toxicity test in mouse by peroral.Component D was identified to be 8-methyl-1-dihydroxy indolizidine triol by spectral analyses(MS,IR).更多还原
