早期断奶应激对仔猪某些血清激素水平及细胞免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 2窝 (每窝 8头 ) 2 1日龄健康仔猪 1 6头 ,随机分成吮乳组和断奶组 ,每组 8头 (每窝各 4头 )。断奶组仔猪 2 1日龄断奶后转栏 ,吮乳组仔猪留原栏继续哺乳。在断奶时 ( 2 1日龄 )和断奶后 1、3d( 2 2、2 4日龄 ) ,仰卧前腔静脉采血 ,进行血清皮质醇、生长激素、胰岛素、T3 、T4、FT3 、FT4水平及全血 PHA T-淋巴细胞转化率和白细胞吞噬率检测。结果表明 ,与断奶前相比 ,断奶组仔猪断奶后 1、3d血清皮质醇水平极显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;断奶后 3d血清 T3 、FT3 、生长激素、胰岛素水平显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ;断奶后 PHA T-淋巴细胞转化率和白细胞吞噬率显著或极显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。与 2 1日龄测定值相比 ,吮乳组仔猪在 2 2、2 4日龄时的上述血清激素水平及细胞免疫功能无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5)。

【Abstract】 Sixteen piglets in 2 litters were randomly divided into suckling group and weaning group of 8 piglets each.The piglets in suckling group were kept in the former site and continued suckling,and those in weaning group were weaned and left the former site at 21 days of age.The blood samples were taken from the vena cava at weaning(21st) day and 1,3 days postweaning (22nd and 24th days).The serum cortisol,insulin,growth hormone,T 3,FT 3,T 4,FT 4 were measured to study the effect of early-weaned stress on serum levels of hormones and cellular immune responses in piglets.The results indicated that the serum cortisol levels of piglets in weaning group increased (P<0.01) on the first and third day postweaning and the serum levels of T 3,FT 3,growth hormone and insulin decreased (P< 0.05 ) on the third day postweaning.PHA T-lymphocyte proliferation rate and macrophage activity were lower (P<0.01 or P<0.05) in postweaning of the piglets in suckling.
