【摘要】 在住家及野外诱捕到 4只小家鼠、8只黄胸鼠和 5只褐家鼠 ,经皮下注射醋酸可的松 1 0周 ,建立了鼠类卡氏肺孢子虫 ( Pneumocystiscarinii,PC)肺炎模型。取模型鼠肺脏制成鼠 PC包囊接种物 ,给实验 组 8头猪经气管接种 3.2× 1 0 5个 PC包囊 ,且接种前 5d至接种后 4 2 d肌注醋酸可的松。给实验 组 8头猪经气管接种 6 .4× 1 0 5 个 PC包囊。接种后 ,实验 组猪均出现严重的临床症状 ,病理变化呈典型的 PC肺炎 ;实验 组猪均为亚临床症状。对实验 组猪再注射醋酸可的松后 ,出现了类似于实验 组猪的严重临床症状和病理变化。由此表明 ,实验猪免疫力低下时 ,接种外源性 PC可导致典型的 PC肺炎 ;健康实验猪接种外源性 PC,则呈隐性感染 ,经免疫抑制剂处理后可激活病原体 ,导致 PC肺炎。用氨苯砜 -联磺甲氧苄啶对 PC肺炎猪进行治疗试验 ,取得了较好的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia models were established in 4 Mus muscuius ,8 Rattus norvegicus and 5 Rattus flavipectus .They were trapped near houses and out door and precedently facilitated by injection of cortisone acetate for 10 weeks.Then the inocula were prepared from the lung tissues of mouses and rats,in which,there were a lot of P.carinii cysts.Experimental pigs 1-8 were inoculated with 3.2×10 5 P.carinii cysts by injection of trachea and intramuscularly injected with cortisone acetate from 5 days preinoculation to 42 days postinoculation.Pigs 9-16 were inoculated with 6.4×10 5 P.carinii cysts by injection of trachea alone.The severe clinical symptoms and pathological changes of typical P.carinii pneumonia showed in pigs 1-8.Whereas pigs 9-16 developed a subclinical infestation,and exhibited severe clinical symptoms and pathological changes similar to those in pigs 1-8 after the injection of cortisone acetate.The results indicated that the pigs would bring about a typical P.carinii pneumonia after being inoculated with exogenous P.carinii when their immunity is low or the immunosuppressing agent is accepted.The pigs suffering from P.carinii pneumonia were treated with dapsone-synergic sulphonamides compound.The dapsone-synergic sulphonamides compound was proved to be highly effective against P.carinii pneumonia in pig model.更多还原
