【摘要】 【目的】探讨孕妇胎盘成熟度分级与胎盘功能之间的联系 ,以提供更多监测胎盘功能的方法。【方法】对中山一院 1994年 8月～ 1995年 1月 ,孕龄在 30～ 42周的单胎妊娠孕妇 91例 ,在B超下进行胎盘成熟度分级和检测孕妇血中胎盘生乳素 (HPL)值 ,以及羊水池和胎盘钙化追踪。【结果】孕妇胎盘成熟度 0级～Ⅱ级胎盘者其HPL值正常 ,Ⅲ级胎盘者其HPL值明显较 0级～Ⅱ级胎盘者低 ,但尚在正常值范围 ;Ⅲ级胎盘合并羊水过少、胎盘钙化较 0级～Ⅱ级胎盘明显增多。【结论】孕妇胎盘成熟度 0级～Ⅱ级胎盘其胎盘功能正常 ,Ⅲ级胎盘其胎盘功能储备能力下降更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the relation between placental mature grading and placental function to improve the method of monitoring placental function. The studied subjects were selected from gravida having antenatal visit in the First Affiliated Hospital,SUMS from August 1994 to January 1995.They had been pregnant for 30 to 42 weeks with a single fetus. After the placental maturity had been graded according to the Grannum’s criteria under B ultrasoundgraphy.The serum HPL level had been measured. The serum HPL levels of grade 0 to gradeⅡ were normal, the Ⅲ grading group had a significantly lower HPL levels than the other groups, but it was normal. At the same time, calcifications and oligohydramnios occurred more. [Conclusion] The function of Grade 0 to GradeⅡ are normal, but the placental latent capacity in Ⅲ grading group desend.更多还原
