【摘要】 用不同剂量 (2 5 0mg/kg ,12 5 0mg/kg ,2 5 0 0mg/kg)的阿魏菇 (Pleurotusferulae)对实验小鼠连续灌胃10d后 ,取其血清测定体液免疫功能 ;从外周血分离出淋巴细胞测定NK细胞活性 ;取腹腔巨噬细胞 (MФ)测定非特异性免疫功能 ;取红细胞进行红细胞免疫功能测定。实验发现 ,与对照组比较 ,P .ferulae能有效增强小鼠的体液免疫功能 (P <0 0 5 )且有剂量依赖关系 ;红细胞C3bR花环率明显提高 ,IC花环率有所下降 ;但对非特异性免疫功能、细胞免疫功能无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different doses(250mg/kg,1250mg/kg,2500mg/kg)of Pleurotus ferulae were fed orally for 10 days.Humoral and cellular immune functions were detected:the effects of P.ferulae on the immune function of peritoneal macrophage and erythrocyte were also studied.The results suggested that comparing with control P.ferulae could increase humoral immune function(p<0 05)in a dose-dependent manner;RBC-C 3b R floral hoop rate increased significantly,but RBC-IC floral hoop rate decreased and the effects on nonspecific immunity were not marked.更多还原
