【摘要】 本试验利用两种规格的UNICORNBAG培养香菇菌种 ,结果表明这种具有透气膜的塑料袋既有良好的透气性能 ,又能防止杂菌侵染 ,在菌种生产中具有装袋简单快速 ,接种方便容易 ,萌发点多 ,菌种成熟快等优点 ,具有极好的应用前景更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture shiitake strain using UNICORN BAGS with two types in this experiment,the results showed that experimental bags with ventilating membrane either had a good ventilated funciton or can protect from infection of weed fungi,This bags are of filling simple and fast,inoculation convenient and easy,more mycelia sprout drops,and strain growing rapidly etc,and have a excellent aplication prospects in strain making and cultivation of mushrooms.更多还原
