用流室法研究红细胞的流变特性
STUDY ON RBC′s RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR WITH A FLOW CHAMBER METHOD
【摘要】 采用流室法研究了红细胞的取向和小变形问题 ,将所得的结果与新型激光衍射法的结果相比较 ,发现二者相当一致 ;红细胞在低粘切变流场中沿C =0轨道取向的数目随切变率增加到一定值后变化缓慢 ,其等容小变形则随切变率增加而增加。通过流室法的直观测量 ,首次证明了新型激光衍射法的正确性。
【Abstract】 The RBC′s orientation and small deformation were studied with a flow chamber. In the shear flow field of low viscosity medium, more and more RBCs moved along the orbit C=0 till the shear rate raised to a critical point. Meanwhile, the isometric small deformation increased as the shear rate raised. These results were in good accordance with those obtained by new ektacytometry. With the very actual measurement of flow chamber, we testified the validity of new ektacytometry for the first time.
