山梨醇的制备与应用

【摘要】 工业生产中 ,山梨醇主要通过葡萄糖在镍催化剂存在及高温高压下氢化制得。它被广泛用于医药、化妆等行业。

【Abstract】 In industrial production,sorbitol is manufactured from glucose by hydrogenation under high temperature and pressure conditions.It is used widely in pharmacy and cosmetics and the like industry.
