尿毒排析散体外吸附代谢产物的药效学研究

【摘要】 针对尿毒症的主要代谢毒物尿素、肌酐、甲基胍、尿酸 ,进行了新药尿毒排析散的体外吸附试验 ,结果表明对上述代谢毒物均有吸附作用。

【Abstract】 Uremia is a poisoning disease caused by toxic metabolites,when kidney is demaged. The adsorption effects of Niaodu Paixi San on the toxic metabolite of uremia,such as urea,creatinine,methyl guanidine and uric acid,was studied with external pharmacodynamics. The experimental result indicates that Niaodu Paixi San can well adsorps these toxic metabolites.
