官能团化聚丙烯改性Al(OH)3/PP复合材料的力学性能
Mechanical Properties of Al(OH)3/Polypropylene Composites Modified by Functionalized Polypropylene
【摘要】 用熔融挤出法制备了不同接枝率的官能团化聚丙烯(FPP),研究了FPP对改性的Al(OH)3/PP复合 材料的力学性能与断裂形态的影响、并对FPP在复合材料中作用机理进行了初步探讨.观察到随Al(OH)3 用量增加,PP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率明显降低.FPP加入有利于Al(OH)3/PP复合材 料力学性能改善、填料分散和增强填料与基体界面相互作用,尤其在高填料中功效更加明显.
【Abstract】 Al(OH)3/polypropylene grafted with acrylic acid (FPP) were pre- pared by melt extrusion .Effects of functionalized polypropylene (FPP) on mechanical properties and fracture mor- phology of Al(OH)3/PP composites have been investigated. although the addition of Al(OH)3 reduces tensile and flexural strength and elongation at break of PP, the addition of FPP can improve the mehanical properties of Al (OH)3/PP composites. It is suggested that the addition of FPP improves the dispersion of Al(OH)3 particles and the interfacial interaction between filler and matrix. the mechanical properties of Al(OH)2/FPP/PP composites are dependent on the grafting rate and the content of FPP.
