【摘要】 简要介绍了产品数据管理 (PDM )的概念、历史、现状和功能 ,并结合商用PDM软件———IMAN初步实施的情况 ,讨论了PDM技术在某型号产品研制中的初步应用 ,具体包括建立协同式产品开发环境 ,实现以网络为基础的并行产品开发模式 ;建立产品对象管理系统 ,实现产品对象库零部件综合信息的管理 ;建立工作流程管理系统 ,实现产品研制生产过程中各种流程的发放与更改控制 ;开发明细汇总功能 ,为各职能部门提供统一的产品数据源 .最后 ,讨论了企业实施PDM工程的重要意义及实施过程中应注意的问题 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The conception,history,status quo and function of product data management is presented in brief.According as the process of implementation for the commercial software IMAN,the application of PDM technology to some new type product development is discussed,including setting up the environment of collaboration in order to carrying out net based mode and concurrent product development;setting up the management system of product object in order to carrying out the parts information library management system;setting up the work flow management system in order to realizing all kinds of work flows release and changement;including developing the utility of product information in order to providing the unified product data for all the departments.At last,the important meaning and problems applied PDM technology in enterprise are discussed.更多还原
