【摘要】 本文依据技术创新活动的商业实质 ,从其活动过程的投入产出因素入手 ,阐述了测度技术创新水平的指标设置问题

【Abstract】 Based on the commercial character of the technological innovation, the paper discusses the issue of designing a measurement specification system for technological innovation after analyzing investment and production factors.
