【Abstract】 From the view of establishing national geographic information (GI) sharing policies system, in this paper,the main concepts and factors in GI sharing have been analyzed.Discussions concerning the relationship among GI standard, policy and lawmaking, issue and status in GI sharing home and abroad have been made. Some guidance ideas, fundamental principles and policies framework, priority issues need to be solved at present,and legislation of GI sharing have been proposed in this paper.更多还原
