SE异构新型瘤苗的实验免疫治疗研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨三棱、莪术提取物(SE)异构的MFC瘤苗的免疫原性及实验治疗效果。方法 将经SE处理的MFC细胞作为异构瘤苗,进行免疫接种及实验治疗观察。结果 SE异构的瘤苗免疫治疗荷瘤小鼠,可显著减慢小鼠肿瘤的生长、存活时间延长、成瘤率降低,有较好的实验治疗效果。结论 SE可以增加肿瘤细胞的免疫原性,介导机体抗瘤效应,此疫苗可作为治疗该肿瘤的手段之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of the vaccine, SE (purify substance of San - leng E- shu, SE)modified tumor cells on gastric cancer in mice. Methods After the MFC cell line was established by transfection for tumor vaccine, the immune inoculate, the therapeutic of SE effects of the cells being used as vaccine on gastric cancer were investigated in mice. Results SE modified MFC cells effectively induced the tumorogenicity of MFC - SE cells was remarkable lowered in vivo and the could exert good effects on gastric cancer in the mice. Conclusion The immunogenenicity of SE - modified MFC tumor cells is increased and can effectively inhibit the growth of gastric cancer in the host, which might be used to treat patients with gastric cancer.
