【摘要】 目的 了解中药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 我科对1996年12月～1999年12月收住的毛细支气管炎的婴儿分组治疗。对照组给予抗菌素、抗病毒、平喘、纠酸及糖皮质激素等药物应用,治疗组在此基础上加用中药“清肺平喘汤”服用3～5日。结果 加用清肺平喘汤,可使患儿的症状及体征消失时间缩短,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 说明中药清肺平喘汤佐治毛细支气管炎可达到尽快缓解症状、减少并发症、缩短病程、降低病死率的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the conjugative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on bronchioli-tis. Methods From December 1996 to December 1999, 220 cases of child bronchiolitis were allocated randomly into treatment group 120 cases and control group 100 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with medicines such as antibiotics, antivirotics, antiasthmatics glucocort steroids and alkalitherapy while in the treatment group, besides the measures used in control group, Qingfeipingchuan Tang was given orally for 3-5 days. Results The patients in the treatment group required shorter time to attain the disappearance of symptom and signs than those in the control group( P < 0.01). Conclusion The results suggest that Qingfeipingchuan Tang in conjugation with the Western medicine in treating bronchiolitis lias the effect of remitting the symptom quickly, lessening the complication,shortening the course of illnees and lowering the mortality.更多还原
