【摘要】 目的 了解复方丹参制剂对青年高血压病人甲襞微循环影响。方法 观测病程大于6年的46例青年高血压病患者,服用丹参制剂治疗前后左手无名指的甲襞微循环改变。结果 服用复方丹参制剂治疗后的血流态出现明显改变,红细胞聚集度减少,线粒流比率由治疗前30.5％升至36.6％,粒流比率由27.8％降至18.2％,两者均变化明显(P<0.05)。结论 复方丹参制剂能有效降低红细胞聚集,降低血液粘度,改善微循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza on nailfold microcirculation in young patients with hypertension.Methods The changes of the nailfold mierocirculation in 46 cases of young patients with hypertension before and after taking the compound salvia miltiorrhiza were observed. Results The significant changes in hemorrheology appeared after taking the compound salvia miltiorrhiza. Linear and granular flow rate increased from 30.5% to 36.6% and granular flow rate decreased from 27.8% to 18.2% (P < 0.05) . Conclusion Compound salvia miltiorrhiza could effectively reduce erythrocyte aggregation and blood viscosity, and improve microcirculation.更多还原
