【摘要】 目的 :随访变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘患者行鼻翼管神经电灼术后 10a的恢复情况。方法 :将 4 0例患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组和手术组 ,各 2 0例。在 1个月内无呼吸道感染。患者均在缓解期上午使用日本FUDAC 6 0型肺功能仪测定肺活量 (VC)、用力肺活量 (FVC)。结果 :2组临床表现均明显好转。手术组VC、FVC、最大呼气流速高峰 (PEFR)、一秒率 (FEV1.0 )均较治疗前增高 ;对照组FVC、PEFR稍增高。结论 :手术对轻、中度患者疗效明显 ,术后配合抗炎类等药物、防治结合 ,恢复情况会更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the recovery information of the patients with allergic rhinitis complicated with asthma after vidian nerve electrofulguration performed ten years ago.Mehtods:Forty patients were divided into operation group and nonoperation group.The Japan FUDAC 60 lung function instrument was used to measure the lung function.Results:Clinical symptoms were improved in both groups. In operation group,values of lung capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory vohume in first second(FEV 1.0 )and peak of the maximal expiratory flow rate (PEFR)increased compared to these values 10 years ago.While in nonoperative group,only values of FVC and PEFR increased slightly.Conclusion:The recovery information showed that the patients with operation got more improvement than that of the nonoperation patients.更多还原
