【摘要】 目的 :应用彩色多普勒检测子宫动脉血流速度来预测围产儿预后 ,从而提高围产期监护质量。方法 :测量孕妇子宫动脉血流速度 ,计算S/D值及RI值 ,进行围产儿预后的比较 ,计算S/D值异常预测胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及kappa指数。 结果 :妊娠高血压综合征孕妇较正常孕妇子宫动脉的S/D值增高 ,RI值增高 ,血管内径减小。子宫动脉S/D值异常者较正常者围产儿预后不良。S/D值预测IUGR具有较高的敏感度和阴性预测值 ,与实际情况有良好的一致性。结论 :多普勒超声子宫动脉血流频谱特点对预测妊娠结局有使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the uterine artery flow velocity waveform s measured on color ultrasound Doppler ultrasound,so as to predict the bad perinat al outcome. Methods:Measuring uterine artery inside-diameter and flow veloc i ty waveforms,and calculating the S/D ratio and the resistance index,their perina tal outcome were compared.Then calculating the sensitivity,the specificity,the p ositive predictive value,the negative predictive value and kappa index of the pr edicting of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR) with the anomalous S/D ratio. Results:As for the patients who caught a PIH,the S/D ratio incre ased,RI value increased,and the uterine artery inside-diameter decreased.Compar ed with the group with a normal S/D ratio,the group with a anomalous S/D ratio h as a bad perinatal outcome.Predicting IUGR with a anomalous S/D ratio has a high er sensitivity and negative predictive value.Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound is very useful for the predicting of perinatal outcome.更多还原
