一种引起鳗鲡和人肠炎样疾病的新致病菌——海安气单胞菌
A PATHOGENIC BACTERIUM,AEROMONAS HAIANESIS,SP.NOV, CAUSING EEL AND HUMAN ENTERITIDIS
【摘要】 从江苏海安境内的病鳗和病人腹泻便中分离出 9株细菌。这些细菌均为G杆菌 ,有动力 ,在 3 7℃无盐胨水中生长 ,氧化酶阳性 ,发酵莆萄糖 ,能迅速产生褐色色素 ,对O/ 12 9抗性 ,主要生化特征符合气单胞菌 ,但有几项不同于已报道的其他种。G +Cmol%测定 ,DNA杂交 ,16SrRNA测序比较结果显示这些菌是气单胞菌中的一个新种。脂肪酸甲脂分析进一步确认这一结论。菌株对氟哌酸、痢特灵及中草药五倍子、大黄比较敏感 ,对青霉素、复方新诺明有抵抗力。小鼠的半数致死量为 3 9× 10 6 ,鳗鲡的半数致死量为 1 2× 10 5。具有菌毛 ,胞外蛋白酶等毒力因子 ,结合流行病的调查 ,临床症状观察 ,认为这些菌是引起鳗鲡和人肠炎样疾病的新的致病菌。模式菌株为 95 - 173 (CCTCCAB970 2 6=IFO16641) T,特以发现地命名为海安气单胞菌 (Aeromonashaianesis)。
【Abstract】 Nine strains of unidentified bacteria were isolated from suffered eels and patients with diarrhea in Haian County,Jiangsu Province.All were gram negative bacillus with mobility,oxidase positive,glucose fermenting and brown pigment prodution and grew in non salt peptone medium at 37℃.The bacteria were resisted to O/129.The bacteria should be classified to Aeromonas,but with some characteristics different from the reported species belonging to this genus.G+Cmol% determination,DNA hybridization and 16S rRNAgene sequencing indicated that these bacteria might be a new species.Fatty acids analysis by gas chromotography also demonstrated these bacteria should be a new species of Aeromonas.These bacteria were susceptible to norfloxacin,furazolidone,nutgall,rhubarb and resisted to penicillin and SMZ.LD 50 for mice and eel is 3.9×10 6 and 1.2×10 5,respectively.The bacteria has some virulence factors,such as pilli and proteinase.All the above data and epidemiological information proved that the new bacterium is pathogenic to both eel and human.The new bacterium was given a name of Aeromonas haianensis because the bacteria was isolated from Haian county,Jiangsu province,China.The type strain is 95-173(CCTCC AB97026 T=IFO16641).
