【Abstract】 Aim In order to investigate the technique of the best way in culturing Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.Methods Using different kinds of culture medium and comparing the culture results of different culturing and preserving ways.Results and conclusion KM 2 was the best culture medium for Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.Appropriate concentrationof O 2 is necessary for the culturing,lyophilized culture medium can keep the organism living for more than ten years.更多还原
