登革病毒感染患者血清IFN-γ和TNF-α的检测及意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨登革病毒感染患者血清IFN γ和TNF α在登革病毒感染致病中的作用。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)测定广州地区 30例DV 1感染患者血清IFN γ和TNF α的水平。实验数据采用两样本均数t检验法处理。结果  30例登革病毒感染者血清IFN γ和TNF α水平比正常健康对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1)。感染病程第一天 ,患者血清IFN γ水平开始升高 ,第二天达高峰 ,然后逐渐下降。患者血清TNF -α水平第 2天明显升高 ,第 3天达高峰 ,然后逐渐下降。结论 TNF γ和TNF α在登革病毒的致病与免疫过程中可能起重要作用。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the effect of interferon gamma(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in the immune pathogenesis of dengue virus infection.Method The serum levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α were measured with emzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method in 30 cases of the patients with the dengue virus infection in Guangzhou district.The results were treated with t-test of two sample mean.Results The serum levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in patients with the dengue virus infection were much higher than healthy controls(P<0.05、P<0.01).IFN-γ was detectable on the first day of postinfection.Level of IFN-γ reached their peaks on the second day,then declined . The level of TNF-α had an obvious rise from the second day and reached their peaks on the third day,then declined.Conclusion The data suggest that the IFN-γ and TNF-α may play an important role in the dengue virus pathogenicity and immunity.
