【摘要】 目的　探讨HIV/AIDS患者T淋巴细胞亚群、表型和CD4 凋亡细胞之间的相关性及其临床意义。方法　用流式细胞仪法对HIV/AIDS患者和年龄相配的HIV阴性人群的T淋巴细胞亚群、表型和CD4 凋亡细胞的绝对和相对计数进行测定 ,比较这些指标在两组人群中的差别和分析各项指标之间的相关性。结果　在HIV/AIDS患者组 ,CD2 5细胞表型与CD4 计数呈正相关 ,HLA DR细胞表型的绝对计数也与CD4 计数呈正相关 ,但其百分率却与后者无相关性。与对照组比较 ,患者组的CD4 和CD2 5双阳细胞 (CD+ 4、CD+ 2 5)百分率降低而总体HLA DR水平升高。在患者组CD4 细胞凋亡百分率与CD4 计数呈负相关。结论　与CD4 计数和百分率以及CD4 和CD8的比值相结合 ,CD2 5水平有助于判断HIV感染的进程和判断疗效。CD4细胞凋亡可能有助于判断晚期艾滋病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To determine correlation of absolute counts and percentages of CD₄ and CD₈ lymphocyte subsets and their phenotypes （CD 25 and/or HLA-DR-expressing cells） as well as apoptotic CD₄ cell so as to look for which of them can be used separately or combining with others to predict and judge progression of HIVinfection and effectiveness of treatment for the disease.Methods Flow cytometry was used to measure levels of absolute counts and percentages of CD₄ cell,CD₈ cell and CD 25 expressing cells,HLA-DR-expressing cells in total lynnphocytes,in CD₄ cells, in CD₈ cells and in other kinds of lymphocyte subsets as well as apoptotic CD₄ cells in HIV/AIDS patients compared with age-matched HIV-negative subjects. Results Levels of both absolute counts and percentages of CD 25 expressing cells in total lymphocytes,in CD₄ cells and in some other lymphoid subsets positively correlated to level of CD₄ count,levels of absolute counts of HLA-DR-expressing cells in total lymphocytes,in CD₈ cells and in some other kinds of cells also positively correlated（but their percentages did notcorrelate） to CD₄ count. The percentage of CD₄ and CD 25 double positive（CD+₄、CD+ 25）cells decreased but that of total HLA-DR increased in HIV/AIDS patients compated with HIV-negative subjects. Level of absolute count of apoptotic CD₄ cell positively but its percentage negatively correlated with level of CD₄ count although both forners were higher in patient group than in control group.Conclusions It seems that level of CD 25 may be used to predict progression of HIV infection when combining with levels of count and percentage of CD₄ cells as well as ratio of CD₄ to CD₈;it may be a good thing to HIV/AIDSpatients if level of CD 25 increase after a treatment.Apparent increase of apoptotic CD₄ cell percentage may help judging full-blown AIDS when combining with other parameters.更多还原
