【摘要】 目的　了解我省不同临床阶段HIV感染者体内病毒复制水平、机体免疫状况及其变化 ,探讨其与临床表现和预后之间的关系。方法　定期随访我省 1992～ 1999年发现的部分无症状HIV感染者和有艾滋病相关综合征 /艾滋病的病人 15例。应用核酸序列扩增技术 (NASBA)和花环形成试验分别测定不同临床阶段的HIV感染者血浆HIV - 1RNA拷贝数及外周血CD+4 和CD+8淋巴细胞的百分率。结果　 8例HIV感染者的 10份血浆标本全部检出HIV - 1RNA ,而且有临床症状者的病毒载量明显高于无症状者 ,他们分别为 5 0 1± 0 2 9和 3 6 2± 0 2 (lg/ml)。病毒载量较高的感染者相应的CD+4 淋巴细胞百分率较低 ,有临床症状的感染者其CD+4 百分率多在 14%左右。结论　本实验提示我省发现的HIV - 1感染者体内普遍存在活跃的病毒复制 ,其病毒载量、CD+4 %、CD+4 /CD+8与临床表现、预后有关 ,鉴于本研究观察的例数有限 ,它们之间的关系有待进一步明确更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To understand HIV-1 plasma viral load (VL)and CD + 4lymphocytes status and its change over time at various stage of HIV-1 infection,and explore the relation between VL and either its clinical manifestation and its prognosis.Method 15 cases of asymtomatic and symptomatic HIV infection identified in Fujian from 1992 to 1999 were followed up at regular interva of 6 months and their CD + 4 and CD + 8 lymphocytes tested.8 of them,with 10 specimen were tested for plasma viral loads.Results Irrespective of their stage of HIV-1 infection,all 8 cases with 10 plasma specimen had detectable HIV-1 RNA,and the viral load from the symptomatic cases were significantly higher than the asymptomatic(P<0 001),5 01±0 29 and 3 62±0 2lg copies/m respectively.For one subject with clinical progress,her second VL was 0 75lg copies/ml incerased compared to the firstus one.Higher Viral load was corelated with lower CD + 4% and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio.And the CD + 4% in Symptomatic cases was around 14%.Conclusion HIV-1 was actively replicated in all these 8 HIV-1 infected people and the relation between HIV-1 Viral load and either their clinical manifestation or prognosis is close and worth of further study.更多还原
