髌骨不同截面的生物力学研究

【摘要】 目的:了解髌骨在冠状面上不同水平截面部位上内外侧骨质力学强度。 方法:20个新鲜的髌骨的不同截面的骨组织制成柱状试件,分别进行压缩及折弯强度测试。 结果:髌骨外侧关节面软骨下骨的压缩及折弯强度与其他各组比较有显著性差异。结论:髌骨外侧关节面软骨下骨骨质最为坚固。为临床手术操作提供了实验依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out which sections of the patella is the most appropriate .Biomechanics of different sections of the patella on the coronal plane are compared. Methods: Twenty fresh human patella were obtained . Each patella was milled sequentially. The specimen model of the patella with the same morphology were compressed and bent. Results:The outcome revealed that the patellar subchondral bone of the lateral facet has the best biomechanical character than the other sections. Conclusion: The optimum level of patella of the retropatellar articular surface is lateral facet. It offers strong subchondral bone support.
